🔌How does a subscription connect to your account?

2️⃣ Enter your email and password if you are logging in via your details.

5️⃣ The seller issues a subscription via a link (you need to send it to the chat) or by logging into your account. When ready, he will inform you of the result. Stay in touch.
❓How do I get a payment link?
Log in to your Todoist account - Profile - "Switch to Pro plan" - Select a period similar to what you select in this payment widget - Click "Proceed to purchase" - A payment page opens - Send a link to it in the chat when the seller asks
⏰ Connecting a subscription will take from 15 minutes, but no more than 12 hours. The order processing speed depends on the workload and time of day.
A subscription issued outside of working hours (see the schedule below) will be connected during working hours.

2️⃣ It is possible to return 80% of the cost of a digital product (without a fee for payment) only if it has not yet been issued by the seller.
3️⃣ In other cases, a digital product of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange, since it belongs to the "List of non-food products that cannot be returned or exchanged" in accordance with Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
